第一场交流会是本星期六下午2时正，在霹雳州行动党总部。只限开放给行动党支部领袖与党员们参与。
第二场交流会同样是星期六12号晚上8点正，在怡保精武礼堂。是开放给所有民众。
行动党宣传局宣希望人民对于中选的人民代议士能够通过这次的交流会，来促进与人民之间的互动。如有任何的建设性的意见，心声以及批评都能够透过这两场交流会表达出来。更多详情可以联络霹雳州行动党05－2531532。
DAP Perak akan mengadakan dua upacara "Dialog bersama semua ADUN dan Ahli Parlimen DAP" ,iaitu pada sabtu ini 12/4/2008. Sesi pertama adalah untuk ahli-ahli DAP, tempat adalah ibu pejabat DAP Perak di 48A,Medan Istana 1,Bandar Ipoh Raya,30000 Ipoh.2 petang.
Untuk sesi kedua tempat adalah Dewan Chin Woo, Ipoh. 8 malam. Dan sesi ini adalah terbuka kepada orang ramai.

The Curriculum Vitae of the DCM Perak YB Ngeh Koo Ham
NGEH KOO HAM
DOB: 29th September, 1961
Age: 47
Marital Status: Married to Betty Cheok Foong Ling. They have 2 sons and a daughter.
Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Ngeh came from a family of seven (7) children. Born to rubber tapper parents and helped them in the rubber holdings during his schooling years. He had his primary education at the Methodist English School, Ayer Tawar, Perak. He studied at SMJK Ayer Tawar, Perak from Form 1 to Form V. He did his Form 6 at ACS Sitiawan, Perak. He graduated from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur with L.L.B. (Hons.) in 1985. He started his own legal firm in 1991 under the name of M/s Ngeh & Co in Ayer Tawar, Perak and the firm has since expanded to Ipoh, Malacca and Puchong, Selangor. His fervent pursuit of his legal career has earned him respect among his peers. He is a well respected lawyer in State of Perak and has been in the legal profession for 22 years. He has since the inception of his firm handles all public interest cases pro bono.
He is experienced in conveyancing, banking and corporate matters. He is also active in handling Court cases from the Lower Courts to the Federal Court. He is a member of the Malaysia Bar Disciplinary Committee. He is actively involved in many organizations and associations and a member of the Board of Directors of SK(Methodist) and SM(Methodist) Ayer Tawar, Perak. He is also a member of the Methodist Church.
He lost in the 1990, 1995 and 1999 General Elections. Despite the defeats, he continued to serve the people. He won the Sitiawan State Constituency with a historic majority of 5,137 votes in 2004. He was made the Opposition Leader of the Perak State Assembly. In the just concluded General Election he retained his Sitiawan seat with a even bigger majority of 8,529 votes. He was also elected as the member of Parliament for the Beruas Parlimentary Constituency. He has been elected as the DAP Perak Chairman since 1989. He is also the Deputy Secretary General of DAP Malaysia.
He is well mannered, humble and get along well with all strata of society. He is one who love the nation passionately and is sacrificial in serving the nation and the people. As an example he donated away all his allowance as a elected representative. He received RM269,000.00 as an assemblyman for the last 4 years he was the State Assemblyman for Sitiawan but he donated and expended RM437,000.00 during that period to serve the people. His contributions to society throughout the years are too numerous to enumerate. Though being a member of the opposition party he is well received by the business community and many members of the Barisan Nasional are his clients. His firm, M/s Ngeh & Co., are in the panel of eleven (11) Banks and two (2) insurance companies. The firm also acted for many KLSE listed companies.

请多多协助黄俊发先生
小脑萎缩，急速衰老，也患有癫痫症，导致现年只有30岁的黄俊发自从18岁时就拥有如80岁的体质，须长期服药物控制所患的遗传病。

黄俊发今天是出席由霹雳民主行动党政治教育局主任黄文标主持的行动党医药基金新闻发布会表示，由于被病魔的纠缠，他的讲话速度变的缓慢，视觉模糊不清，四肢无力，平时必须以轮椅来代步。
在大马求医无门之下，经过他亲戚的介绍，获知新加坡的Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre脑科部有科技能够改善他的病情。但是单单医药仪器就需要2万5千新币，总合医药费就高达10万令吉。对于失去工作能力他的，加上单靠经营经济饭的父亲黄期岩（66岁）的收入，根本无法支付以上的医药费。因为家中还有另一位与黄俊发患有同样病症的41岁姐姐，和必须照顾家庭的母亲，已完全使家庭经济陷入十分吃力的状况。
黄文标说，霹雳州民主行动党除了关心国家事务，也注重转达人间有温情，雪中送炭的精神。今日透过该党的医药基金捐出1000令吉给黄俊发先生，与此同时也呼吁民众能够在农历新年期间散发爱心，慷慨解囊来协助黄俊发，以便他能够在今年6月能够完成手术。

只有一万至五万限额可以向非土著商家采购，那么五万令吉以上怎么办？

“只有一万至五万限额可以向非土著商家采购，那么五万令吉以上怎么办？”
霹雳州民主行动党近日强烈非议国阵政府在公共采购项目上制定种族性指南，并认为上述最新指南根本是在开倒车。
社青团总团长兼班台区州议员倪可敏今日在该党州总部指出，政府部门及学校采购所用德款项全来自纳税人的血汗钱，新指南显示华裔及印裔商家只能做五万令吉以下的生意，这是什么道理？
倪可敏指出，“根据财政部的规定，五万令吉以上的款项及工程将隶属F级承包商，而全国为数5万名的F级承包商几乎全属土著，今日公布的最新指南难道不是在边缘化非土著吗？”
倪氏表示，在21世纪的全球化时代，国阵还制定依种族来区分的指南，这种闭门造车的政策无异于作蛹自缚，令人遗憾的是居然还有执政党为此在沾沾自喜。他指出，政府采购用的是人民的血汗钱，采购与否当然是“自由贸易，价优者得”，与什么种族根本是风马牛不相及。
倪氏今日连同该党霹雳州宣传秘书黄家和律师和商业及工业局主任陆致仁召开记者会向报界如是表示。
另一方面，倪氏也表示，霹雳州政府去年5月发出指南，规定州内部门只能够向土著商家购买文具及复印机的指南至今也未收回。此外，财政部把全国政府近5亿令吉的灯铈工程交由4家土著公司垄断的指南更正在实施。他呼吁政府公平施政，平等对待各民族。他质问“国阵声称是全民政府，为何政策却要进行种族区分？“
