行动党抨政府禁止国内大专办医学系是瘋狂政策 大马走向沒落象征

I regard it crazy and ridiculous over the announcement made by the Health Minister, Dato Seri Liow Tiong Lai's proposal that his Ministry had agreed to prohibit all Higher learning center in Malaysia to conduct any Medical course for the period of 5 year in his interview with Sin Chew daily. It is reported that both the Health Ministry and Higher Education Ministry had achieved mutual understanding to implement such policy, subject only to the cabinet approval now.

I felt depressed with such proposal.

If the Health Minister have his way this time, it means that only the rich can be trained as Doctors as the poor will not be able to further their studies or to pursue their Medical degree abroad. This is on of the most crazy idea and must be viewed with grave concern. In addition, all the professors and lecturers at the local Medical Faculty will be either jobless or most likely will opt to leave the country to the greener pasture which offer better prospect than Malaysia. As a result, Malaysia will suffer another brain drain crisis, which is aggravated by the government own doing.

It must be noted that even the 50 One Malaysia clinics set up since last year only have medical assistant but do not have doctor, a practice and standard only accepted in Zimbabwe. Are we now deteriorating to be the next Africa? Thinks twice for yourself .

行动党今日批评卫生部计划禁止国内所有大专办医学系为期5年的政策是“瘋狂”的举止，饮鳩止渴、不可理喻。

行动党州秘书兼太平区国会议员倪可敏今日抨击卫生部长拿督斯里廖中莱表示卫生部计划禁止国内所有大专办医学系为期5年是本末倒置的做法，显示了国阵内真的“缺少能幹的领袖”。

倪可敏说，卫生部长拿督斯里廖中莱表示，卫生部计划禁止国内所有大专办医学系为期5年，廖中莱更表示，卫生部和高等教育部已就这个计划达成共识，目前只待内阁批准。

倪氏指出，高教部部长莫哈末卡立更告诉《星报》，政府要国内所有大专停办医学系课程，目的是防止政府医院实习医生继续剧增。他表示，这项紧急措施将禁止国内所有大专办医学系，为期5年，同时必须把注意力放在提升现有医学系学生的素质上。

倪氏指出，一旦内阁通过卫生部禁止国内所有大专办医学系为期5年的建议，不但国内医学生升学无门、全部被迫远赴海外，国内大学医学系教授、讲师更将投闭置散、无所适从，国阵政府的“瘋狂”政策将使我国人才外流更严重。“以后穷人都不必做医生，因为只有富人有能力去海外念医学系。”他讥諷。

也是班台州议员的倪可敏指出，政府用1千万在全国设立50间“一个马来西亚”诊所，可是这些诊所全部只有助理、沒有医生，若卫生部禁止国内所有大专办医学系，令人担心国内医药卫生水平将每况愈下。“非洲津巴布韦(Zimbabwe)也是有诊所，但是沒有医生，难道国阵要向非洲看齐?”他质问。

倪可敏今日在其爱大华服务中心表扬爱大华行动党青少年籃球队的杰出表现，由行动党<阳光计划>赞助的爱大华行动党青少年籃球队日前荣获曼绒男子籃球公开赛亚军，以张忠文為队长的该籃球队，队中更成功培育了陈永财与李伟顺成为少年州手，此外，年僅15岁的张家伟，更在甫结束的林文泽杯全国青少年篮球赛获选初选国手，为吡叻州争光。出席今日表扬仪式的该党领袖包括爱大华支部主席张友强、秘书彭兴忠及支部宣传秘书余清兴等。
