倪可敏指政府发AP导致国家年损36亿稅收 溺爱普腾更迫人民买贵车 AP Policy caused Malaysia to suffer loss of revenue by RM3.6 billion per year

The BN car policy had impoverished the Malaysian. The heavy protection accorded to Proton had resulted into that most of the Malaysian had become slave to their vehicle due to heavy duties and tax imposed on imported cars. All Malaysian are forced to subsidy Proton for the past 26 year since its incorporation in 1984, the company use public fund of RM500 million for their set up but remain a domestic champion with 97% of their production utillised for domestic market per se. Only 3% of Proton car had been exported to help the country's economies. The heavy subsidy and trade protection policy caused Proton's inefficiency and lack of competitiveness. 

To add salt to the wound, BN Government's decision to maintain Approved Permit(AP)system to year 2015 had caused the country to suffer a loss of revenue amounting to almost RM3.6 billion annually. This RM3.6 billion fund is sufficient to build 90,000 unit of low cost home and with this, it will practically solve most of the illegal squatters issue in Malaysia.This is another project by BN-- People first, performance now.

“宝马五系列在美国只售18万,為何大马竟须40万?”


太平区国会议员倪可敏今日呼吁政府取消国产车保护政策及废除汽车AP制度以照顾广大消费人及老百姓的福利。
也是行动党副总财政的倪氏指出,我国人民,尤其是中下层人民已经做了“车奴”很多年,因為国阵的政策,老百姓被迫买贵车、坐旧车,大部份人民更被沉重的车贷压得喘不过气来。

倪可敏指出,普腾(PROTON)自1984年成立至今,当时的成本是5亿元。这笔5亿令吉的成本不但由纳税人支付,这26年来納稅人更为了该公司被迫承担数以十亿计的津贴。根据地在国会提问,普腾(PROTON)的生产高达97%供内销,只有区区3%供外国市场,是名符其实的甘榜冠军(Juara Kampung)、扶不起的阿斗。

更令人百思不解的是,国阵為了津贴普腾而向全部入口车征收重稅,以丰田佳美(Toyota Cmary)2.4L為例,美国只售6万9千马币,在大马竟须17万6千;若以宝马五系列做比较,该车款在美国只售18万,但是在大马竟须40万!我国人民收入远低于美国,车价却比美国贵三倍,這都是政府不合理政策所一手造成。

AP制导致政府稅年损卅六亿

倪可敏也指出,政府现有的汽车入口淮证(AP)的制度更是寡头经济、朋党壟断的产品。根据他在国会得到的答覆,政府每年发10至12万张AP, 这12万张AP只由98间公司壟断,若以每张AP市值四万元计算,政府的稅收理应高达48亿,但政府在民联不断施压下自今年始才对每张AP征收1万元稅收,间接稅收每张AP少收3万、每一年的损失更高达36亿元!“以每间4万元成本计算,36亿巳足够兴建90,000间廉价屋,大庇天下寒士俱欢颜!”他强调。

倪可敏也非议政府言而无信,政府原宣佈在今年底将取消AP制度,如今又出尔反尔把该制度延长至2015年,让广大民众无所适从。

倪可敏强调,若国陣真的“以民为本”,政府早就应取消国产车保护政策及废除汽车AP制度以照顾广大消费人及国家的利益。

倪可敏今日联同木威区国会议员拿督倪可汉受邀為班台基督教卫理公会第五屆<爱心三合一>捐血、验血、捐献器官运动主持开幕后向媒体发言如是表示。出席的其他嘉賓包括曼绒教区长郭进吟、卫理公会社会关怀小组主席林光光、班台基督教卫理公会主理华维忠牧师及国会议员特别助理黄玲蕙等人。
